Indeed the words “separation of church and state” are not in the Constitution of the United States.
Hmmm I wouldn't know about that, not being bound by the aforesaid constitution Grin
Actually Marc it is good to see this thread on track and staying that way.  I think you have articulated the matter very well indeed angel

Atoz,

Thanks for coming over to check us out. I’m afraid the beer dried up long ago but that shouldn't keep us from having some "spirited" discussion.

Two question.
1.)   How is your knee now after surgery and then your snow shoveling accident?
2.)   Who do you think will come out as the clear winner on both the Democrat & Republican tickets in the Iowa Caucuses, which is tomorrow, Thursday January 3rd?

Hi S&L, My knee is fine. Thank you for asking.

I will try to stop over here more often in the future.  Smiley

Hello Atoz. I sure hope that it didn’t take from January until April to recover from your knee injury and get back up on your feet.

Who’s your presidential pick at this point?

I think everyone should be allowed to go for president, I just think that anyone who goes for president, if being christian, should remember that its a secular country, that shouldn't promote or in any way privilege christians more than any other religion or non-religious groups of people.

Faith shouldn't block a person from being a good politian, I just think that they should keep it at home ;p
